HIGHLIGHT OF HUE CITY TOUR
Thanh Toan village is the oldest village with rice field and local market to see the daily life of local people; Imperial Citadel – The home of Vietnam’s last royal dynasty, the Nguyen Dynasty (1802 – 1945). Hue Royal Antiques Museum – A collection of ornaments from the Nguyen dynasty; Khai Dinh King’s Tomb – a blend of Western and Eastern architecture. Minh Mang King’s Tom – one is impressed by the majesty and symmetry of the architectural constructions. Learn more about the Royal’s life, and Vietnam’s conception of death. Thien Mu pagoda is the most beautiful and well known pagoda in Hue.
ITINERARY
Recognized as one of the World Heritage Sites by UNESCO, Hue city, the old capital of Vietnam is located on the bank of romantic Perfume River with many sights beautiful like a poem. Hue is also the political cultural and religious center of Viet Nam.
In the morning, our local guide of Hue city tour will pick up you at your hotel heading to countryside of Hue visiting Thanh Toan oldest village of Hue with local market, scene of old bridge and a farming museum.
The car will bring you to center of Hue to visit Imperial Citadel: The home of Vietnam’s last royal dynasty- the Nguyen Dynasty.
The royal Antiques Museum: A gallery of antiques displaying collection of bronze pottery, Chinaware, Phap Lam enamel, court robes, head- gear and personal belongings of former Vietnam Emperors of Nguyen Dynasty. We are continued to visit the Emperors Tomb, conical hat village and incense stick making village. Minh Mang tomb: The tomb of Emperor Ming Mang (1791-1841) the 2nd King of Nguyen dynasty.
The last stop will be a beautiful Thien Mu pagoda on top of the hill looking over to peaceful Perfume pagoda.
Your tour will end up at the hotel around early afternoon.
